Configure a compute node in OpenStack Installation Guide for Ubuntu 12.04/14.04 (LTS) - icehouse

Installing icehouse. following step 1. (ie.. "apt-get install nova-compute-kvm python-guestfs") using ubuntu 14.04 I did not get a prompt as noted in the instructions: "When prompted to create a supermin appliance, respond yes"

    Remove python-guestfs package

    Starting with Icehouse, the nova compute service no longer appears
    to rely on the python-guestfs package. Package already removed from
    Juno version.
