Configure network node in OpenStack Installation Guide for Ubuntu 14.04 (LTS) - juno missing br-int

icehouse instructed the user execute:
# ovs-vsctl add-br br-int

to create an integration bridge.

The documentation no longer has that step, however it appears to be required

Supposedly neutron in Juno automatically creates br-int. However, we don't have any packages yet to test this theory. Do not use the trunk/master branch for installing Icehouse.

The latest Icehouse packages also appear to automatically create br-int, at least on some distributions.
