Bug Description
In "Configure a Block Storage service node", the description of step 3 says:
"Create the LVM physical and logical volumes."
Actually, the two following instructions create a physical volume and a volume group, not a logical volume.
# pvcreate /dev/sdb # create physical volume
# vgcreate cinder-volumes /dev/sdb # create a volume group
