VMware: document how to create windows images

When using vCenter with OpenStack, images in Glance need to be created with the adapter type set to "lsiLogicsas". Below is an example from https://communities.vmware.com/thread/466539. Note "vmware_adaptertype" in the command below:

glance image-create --name=win2008cloud --property vmware_ostype=windows7Server64Guest --disk-format=vmdk --container-format=bare --is-public=true --property vmware_disktype="preallocated" --property vmware_adaptertype="lsiLogicsas" < win.vmdk

OpenStack docs for VMware should explicitly state this adapter type configuration.
