Bug Description

In the "Set Image Quota" subsection of the Quota section, the example of setting Glance quotas in /etc/glance/glance-api.conf the Markup is displayed, i.e.

<a id="d6e3507" class="indexterm">user_storage_quota = <bytes></a>

The same happens again in the " Set Object Storage Quotas":

<a id="d6e3692" class="indexterm">[pipeline:main]
...
