Update reference of network services that were experimental / unsupported / deprecated

1. Update L2 isolation section to new model in Icehouse for L2 Isolation: ML2, OVS, and Linux Bridge via Overlay or VLAN
2. Update reference for supported overlay network encapsulation type in Grizzly for Icehouse to GRE and VXLAN
3. Update reference for LBaaS as supported in Icehouse
4. Update references for supported network services extensions, e.g. plugin types
5. Update section for FWaaS with changes from Grizzly to Icehouse
6. Add section for VPNaaS
7. Update section for QoS with current status of network service
8. Update section on networking limitations - recent changes in IPv6 support in Icehouse and Juno.

This is so out of date now it's kind of hilarious. The Security Guide has moved on, and needs to be updated for Mitaka now.
