Bug Description

The term is describes present tense, in the sentence below are should be used in lieu of is:

Monitoring events is more pro-active and provides real-time detection and response.

The term last is awkward in this context and should be replaced with latter:

The last stems from wanting to be elastic, to scale to the dynamic needs of the users.

Ambiguity in this sentence following the use of "etc":

These use cases can be implemented and monitored through various commercial and open source tools, homegrown scripts, etc.

Potential revision:
These use cases can be implemented and monitored through various commercial or open source scripts( in-house), applications or other tooling.

Grammatical errors:
These tools and scripts can generate events that can then be sent to the administrators through email or integrated dashboard.

Proposed revision:
The tools and scripts can generate events that can be sent to the administrators through email or integrated dashboard.

Improper use of punctuation:

OS events on the OpenStack service machines such as user logins, restarts also provide valuable insight into use/misuse

The comma should be the conjunction "and":

OS events on the OpenStack service machines such as user logins and restarts also provide valuable insight into use/misuse
