Bug Description

Multiple instances of "or" unnecessarily used:

On detection, further action may be to black list an IP, or recommend strengthening user passwords, or even de-activating a user account if it is deemed dormant.

Proposed revision:
Actions may be taken to mitigate potential malicious activity detected such as black listing an IP address, recommendations of strengthening user passwords, or in some cases de-activating a user account if it is deemed dormant.
