Include the phases of an audit (Planning, Fieldwork, Reporting, Wrap-up)
Will need to adjust 'Determine Audit Scope' section because of this.

Hi Lana, yes this one should remain active. I actually had a submission ready however while troubleshooting some public key issues, a co-worker accidentally deleted my updated file. I'm in process of rewriting it and hope to be at a point where I can submit it this week or next.
