Bug Description
It is very very confusing for the reader to figure out if it is really required for them to follow the steps on this page. It first says 'this section describes the configuration you "must" complete after you configure machines', and then two lines later we say, note, Icehouse is the main repository for 14.04, and this step is not required (this last part should be 'these following steps are not requierd').
Instead, we should make it clear at the start that if the reader is using Ubuntu 14.04, they can safely skip this page, but if they are using older version, follow these cloud archive installation steps too. Also, even if they are using the latest, 14.04 version, they will need to follow the apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade steps

Agreed. Thankfully, this won't be an issue in Juno - 14.04 will need to use the cloud archive :)
