    Add 'slave_of' option for enabling replication

    Add a new create option (--slave_of) that can be used to enable
    replication and configure the newly created instance as a slave of the
    specified existing instance.

    DocImpact Introduces new option when creating an instance.

    Added trove replication via cmd line

    The trove chapter in the user guide did not have
    a section on how to use the cmd line to
    set up database instance replication.

    This commit covers how to set up replication,
    then detach the replica.
