swift_hash_path_prefix missing in object storage installation guide

The General installation steps in object storage installation guide contains step of creating /etc/swift/swift.conf on all nodes.
The [swift-hash] section contains swift_hash_path_suffix option.

It misses the swift_hash_path_prefix option.
