Edits to this section for clarity, and to address small punctuation points. Considering a suggestion from blueprints: moving descriptions to the Keystone Concepts section.

Again, I have left out the "Closes-bug: #1326615" - sorry for making that mistake again. This bug was patched in this review:

I believe the fix is committed and currently available.
