Quantum-metadata-agent does not run on network node in OpenStack Operations Guide Figure 1.4.

But in Figure 1.4, quantum-metadata-agent runs on the compute node.

It would also be best to change the names to neutron-metadata-agent in the figures.

Filename is doc/openstack-ops/figures/ha_node_compute.png - and we should change all these files also to spell OpenStack correctly (with capital S).
