document API endpoint port numbers

Hi!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this bug, but:

I think that the default port numbers should be listed somewhere for easy accessibility.

i.e. Nova - 8774, Cinder - 8776, Glance 9292, etc.

Not a bad idea to put in the quick start though! It's an extremely popular
document based on web stats. Is it still "quick" with a big ol' table or is
a link sufficient?

I think it could be at the end of the page in a "Note" label.
