Bug Description

Docs say:
=======
4. By default, the Ubuntu packages create an SQLite database. Delete the glance.sqlite file created in the /var/lib/glance/ directory so that it does not get used by mistake:

# rm /var/lib/glance/glance.sqlite
=======

But on 14.04, the file does not exist/has not been created. Perhaps this has changed in the latest ubuntu (or... I may have done something else wrong, so can close if no one else finds this)

According to the configuration file, the latest package (2014.1) should still create this file. However, I'm considering changing the wording of this step or removing it completely (and similar steps) since the existence of this file shouldn't impact operation.

Just for info, I'm working through the docs and nova.sqlite *is* created later.

My 2p - it is great the docs say remove the file if it's not going to be used, I've spent time trouble shooting in the past and been lead down the wrong path by a .sqlite file that wasn't used.

Also, every problem I've had following the docs so far have been down to me not typing something correctly. It's entirely feasible this .sqlite file is created but failed for me because I didn't follow the instructions perfectly.

PS - thanks for excellent docs! They really are helping me learn my way around OpenStack

So I won't be upset to see this closed and not more time spent on it. If others find the same thing later it can always be reopened
