rabbit does not work as an rpc_backend option in trove - it has to be the kombu line

trove-manage db_sync must be called with --config-file=/etc/trove/trove.conf otherwise it makes sn sqlite file

Right now it has trove-manage --config-file=/etc/trove/trove_nolog.conf db_sync -- is that sufficient? Or are you saying they need to modify trove.conf and then use --config-file=/etc/trove/trove.conf db_sync

trove_nolog.conf doesn't have the right options to make it work.

A bug upstream at trove for it not defauilting to /etc/trove/trove.conf has been accepted

I think there's nothing to change in our document because in one of the steps we copy trove.conf to trove_nolog.conf to add use_syslog=False. So in the Initialize the database step, the same result will happen.
