New updates to the Icehouse dashboard to be included in the user guides

There are a lot of new changes being made to the Icehouse dashboard. For example, Create Images has a new 'Architecture' field or Create Containers now has a new option to select Public or Private or new option to create a Pseudo Folder. This will be an ongoing bug to keep a track of all such changes.

For any major changes (like new procedures) there will be new bugs created.

    - Option to make container Public or Private
    - New section 'Manage an object' with procedures to:
      * Edit an object
      * Copy an object from one container to another
