Cinder setup node not mentioned before - Configure a Block Storage service node in OpenStack Installation Guide for openSUSE and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server - icehouse

This page suddenly sets up a "Block Storage service node" but this is not mentioned in our initial architecture at all.
Let's integrate this nicely from the start.

It's mentioned on http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/install-guide/install/zypper/content/ch_overview.html with a text like "To use optional services, you might need to install additional nodes, as described in subsequent chapters."

I still think we can do a bit better here.

I suggest to give at least a proper network setup and add it to our example /etc/hosts - for example, use "block1" with IP address "10.0.0.41".
