Configure compute node in OpenStack Installation Guide for openSUSE and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server - icehouse

Hello!
I'm using opensuse 13.1 on virtualbox and "obs://Cloud:OpenStack:Icehouse/openSUSE_13.1" repository like manual says.
I'm trying to follow Icehouse manual steps, I reached 6th topic "6- Configure Compute services" with no problem behind, everything seems OK.

so I reached the "7. Add a networking service" topic, in order to launch an instance, I chose "Legacy networking" because it fit my environment.

So the next step is "Configure compute node"

I installed packages on step 1,
I configured parameters on step 2,

and when I try to start services on step 3:

compute1:~ # service openstack-nova-metadata-api start
service: no such service openstack-nova-metadata-api

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, any help will be welcome.

It's a packaging bug (there's no init script) and I'm fixing now the documentation so that it correspondents to the updated package which should be available tomorrow.

    Fix metadata-api service name on SUSE

    SUSE uses openstack-nova-api-metadata for the service.
