Bug Description
I would be nice to have a clear visual distinction in the code samples between what is to be typed by the user (<userinput>) and what the command will output (<computeroutput>).
The markup makes things clear, but the current rendering doesn't show the difference, especially if we use one <screen> tag that wraps both the <userinput> and <computeroutput> tags.

Given the move to RST, I can't see this being solved.
