Document for Hyper-V as a compute node contains incorrect instructions

For installing Hyper-V as compute node for OpenStack Havana, we referred below document:

The document mentions below step to start the compute service:
 Run Compute with Hyper-V

To start the nova-compute service, run this command from a console in the Windows server:

C:\C:\python27\python.exe c:\openstack\nova\bin\nova-compute.py

But, there is no bin directory after cloning the stable/havana branch.

So the installation steps need to be modified in the document.

I'm no windows/nova-hyper-v expert, but it looks like nova is not build nor installed on the system, so the nova-compute.py file doesn't exist.

Indeed, it does feel like there is a step missing there in between cloning the repository and running the nova-compute.py script but I am not familiar enough with Hyper-V to know what it is.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/openstack-manuals 15.0.0 release.
