Incorrect location of 'auth_uri' key in configuration of Neutron on compute node

Configuration of the 'auth_uri' key in neutron.conf should occur during general Neutron configuration with the other keys under the [keystone_authtoken] stanza rather than during the OVS plug-in configuration.
