Superfluous backslashes in the definition of the "Heat Orchestration API" endpoint.

Bug Description

The backslashes that are ostensibly meant to escape the "$" in "\$(tenant_id)s" end up being left in the endpoints, causing a "Prohibited endpoint redirect" error and preventing access to stacks in Horizon. This occurs in step 8 of the heat installation instructions.
