Swift/keystone integration missing steps in install guide

This may help others as well. It was issue missing keystoneauth package.

How did I resolve this issue ?

I initially followed the instructions given in the following link to install swift
http://docs.openstack.org/havana/install-guide/install/apt/content/installing-and-configuring-the-proxy-node.html

Instructions given in this list were not getting the keystoneauth middle ware.

The directory /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/swift/common/middleware missed all the keyestoneauth* files.

I did the following to get the updated swift

git clone https://github.com/openstack/swift.git
cd swift
python setup.py install
swift-init proxy start

Proxy-Server started without any issue.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/openstack-manuals 15.0.0 release.
