Section 4, OpenStack Networking, of the OpenStack Configuration Reference needs a table containing configuration options for the Modular Layer 2 (ml2) plugin that is new in havana, as well as a table for the configuration options of each ML2 type and mechanism driver. Because the ML2 plugin works with the openvswitch, linuxbridge, and hyperv L2 agents, the configuration items for these L2 agents also need to be broken out into separate tables from their corresponding monolithic plugins.
The following existing tables:

* Modular Layer 2 VLAN Type Driver Configuration Options
* Modular Layer 2 VXLAN Type Driver Configuration Options
* Modular Layer 2 Arista Mechanism Driver Configuration Options
* Modular Layer 2 Cisco Mechanism Driver Configuration Options
* Modular Layer 2 L2 Population Mechanism Driver Configuration Options
* Modular Layer 2 Tail-f NCS Mechanism Driver Configuration Options
* Open vSwitch Agent Configuration Options
* Open vSwitch Plugin Configuration Options (deprecated)
I would also recommend removing the 5 network_vlan_ranges rows from the existing table 4.1, "Description of configuration options for common", and fixing the name of that table.
Finally, including option group names in the tables and/or the text would be extremely helpful.
