Bug Description
As a developer working with Ceilometer data, it's been somewhat difficul;t to develop software against the Ceilometer APIs as there is no documentation detailing what information I will have available in a given response.
I would like to have full Ceilometer responses for the various plugins available, to enable me to get up to speed faster with Ceilometer and not require considerable effort in building an example dataset through trial and error with DevStack.
