    xenapi: through-dev raw-tgz image upload to glance

    Upload tgz compressed raw disk images to glance using supported xapi
    interfaces. The supported interface at the moment is to attach the disk
    to the compute domU as a block device. As we want sparse format, the
    disk's content is put to a tar.gz file.

    in nova.conf, you need to specify:

        xenapi_image_upload_handler =
        nova.virt.xenapi.image.vdi_through_dev.VdiThroughDev

    config-reference: Added tgz compressed image upload option

    Stated in the hypervisor-xen-api that If one desires to
    upload tgz compressed raw disk images to the Image service
    they need to add this option to nova.conf.
