'get the .pdf' link on Operations Guide is 404

As reported by Sankarshan Mukhopadhyay:

<http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-ops/openstack-ops-manual-folsom.pdf>
is linked from the page in the segment "You can get the .pdf to print
yourself. " which returns a 404.

<http://docs.openstack.org/folsom/openstack-ops/openstack-ops-manual-folsom.pdf>
on the other hand works just fine.

Can the former be fixed?

    Correct Ops Guide PDF link to avoid 404!

    As noted in the bug report, the 'get the PDF' link was broken.

    This patch changes the guide to point to the trunk links.
