Bug Description
The example only shows how to use keystone v1 API. Another example for keystone v2 should be added.

As a bonus, it would be great if it also explained how to use the token and the storage url and what they are good for. Users should not have to dive into keystone docs to figure this out.

Good morning Martina. The page you've linked to is the reference documentation for the v1.0 OpenStack Object Storage API.
I'd suggest that this manual is not the right place to document the v2.0 API.
However there is no OpenStack Manual for "OpenStack Object Storage API v2 Reference".
