Bug Description
If https:/
If an administrator has enabled the logging of guest
consoles on XCP/XenServer, this enables nova to return
the last MB of those logs to the user.
Previously, Xen just returned a dummy console log entry.
To address this we need to make sure
1. release notes are updated
2. hypervisor comparisons are updated
3. references to this "not working" with xenserver in the docs are removed
