Keystone data and endpoint install scripts link to 404

In the Controller section of the Folsom basic install guide, both the Keystone data and endpoint scripts link to a repository on Github which has since been deleted. After a quick search, I was unable to find a forked version of this repository, so these portions of the documentation may need to be rewritten.

Broken links:

Thanks for reporting! I just patched with this: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/26565/ but I'm really not sure why those broken links with grizzly are in the folsom branch. If this patch doesn't work, there is something broken with the doc build itself.

@annegentle: That patch looks unrelated to this particular bug. This isn't a problem with the doc build; the links are just dead.

Yeah I patched it with a cherrypick which fixed another bug, mostly to trigger the build, and your bug came through after I merged it so I couldn't amend the commit message with a link to this bug (1167099). I think there's an underlying build mixup that I need to further troubleshoot, but that's in the openstack-infra/config repo.

I'd also propose taking down the link to the grizzly basic install guide until it's actually got a chance of working.

Tom, there isn't really a Grizzly basic install guide, there's just master and stable/folsom. The Basic install build didn't have the logic to build trunk and folsom, so the "latest" build won each time. We really have to get it working for Grizzly as it's the most visited page on the docs site for months and months.

These links are now pointing to a Folsom version...
