In OpenStack Basic install documentation, Quantum server install : http://docs.openstack.org/folsom/basic-install/content/basic-
install_network.html

The text below is present twice in the same server configuration (Configure Quantum services :)

Edit /etc/quantum/api-paste.ini file and modify :
admin_tenant_name = service
admin_user = quantum
admin_password = password
