Disaster recovery subsection of the systemsadminist
I unfortunately had a chance to test this & while very helpful was only nearly correct. Needs some clarifications of existing steps and updates for cinder and use of uuid rather than id for volume names

As for the existing admin manual, only a method of the disaster recovery for single DC is described.
I thought about disaster recovery between multiple DC on Essex before.
