Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem...?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Thanks for your report.

It looks like your error is perhaps related to quantum. This is the openstack-manuals bug tracker, for problems with documentation. I will convert this bug to a question and move it to the quantum project in hope that they might help. Providing your configuration files might help.

Hi Tom,

I'm not using quantum, I'm using Nova network..

Moreover i think is may be some wrong with the manuals..

Hey there, yah the error indicates the quantum api cannot be reached (since you don't use it)
You have two options here :
#1 : set "QUANTUM_DISABLE = False" into /etc/horizon/local-settings.py

#2 : remove the Quantum endpoint into the database (or rename the topic "network" to something else, let's say "network_0") so Horizon doesn't retrieve it :)

Hi Razique, was anything wrong with the doc here?

Hi Tom,
yeah, In the document it ask to create the endpoint for quantum also.. you can find it in the following link..

http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/apt/content/osfolubuntu-identityservice.html

If we are not going to use the quantum, then why we need to create the endpoint for it..

I attached the corrected file...

I remove the quantum endpoint creation and quantum role add part in this manual..

May be its work..

let me know its correct or wrong..
