swift3 references in the docs no longer part of swift

http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/install/apt/content/installing-and-configuring-the-proxy-node.html make reference to using the swift3 middleware (which is no longer included in swift's core). Either the dependency needs to be described (http://github.com/fujita/swift3) or the description of swift3 needs to be dropped.

I'd recommend dropping swift3 from the official openstack docs.

I am happy to write the docs to keep it in, should it become an issue. The S3 compatibility layer is very important for the use cases I have, and I suspect many others.

    Adding link to swift3 repo to docs

    fixes bug 1076222

    Swift3 was moved to an external repo. This patch adds the additional
    instructions to download and install it.
