swift3 middleware installation undocumented

Bug Description

When searching the OpenStack docs for "S3" the first result is

Configuring Swift with S3 emulation to use Keystone
http://docs.openstack.org/essex/openstack-compute/admin/content/configuring-swift-with-s3-emulation-to-use-keystone.html

Which does not include instructions (or a link to them) for installing the swift3 middleware, which is no longer included in swift and instead needs to be downloaded from https://github.com/fujita/swift3

This is not mentioned in the Object Storage manual either:
http://docs.openstack.org/essex/openstack-object-storage/admin/content/configuring-openstack-object-storage-with-s3_api.html

Which indicates that the installation of swift3 is undocumented.
