Hypervisor flag descriptions are often KVM specific, need to include XenAPI

And move more details into here, and the respective hypervisor sections:

At the same time, we should look to include XenAPI specific settings, and separate out the libvirt specific settings.

The following page is also very light on describing important XenAPI flags (then should be split out from the VMWare specific flags):

    Fix duplicated hypervisor config sec, rstrctre

    This patch fixes the current situation where we have two sections
    regarding configuring hypervisors in compute admin guide. The section
    also erroneously stated that its information was useless unless you
    had a running install - fixed!

    This also makes the breakdown between the default (kvm) and other
    hypervisors a bit better.
