Add object versioning and static web to Object Storage API docs

Bug Description

The Object Storage API 1.0 guide needs to be updated with the recent changes for the 1.5.0 release. Change notes are available here: https://github.com/openstack/swift/blob/master/CHANGELOG

The http://github.com/openstack/object-api repository contains the source files for http://docs.openstack.org/api/openstack-object-storage/1.0/content/index.html so it needs to be updated.

As far as I know, static web and object versioning are the most important changes to this document.
