Missing parameters from the Create Server extension

Parameter values that aren’t specified in the WADL for the Create Server extension that builds to api.openstack.org from doc/src/docbkx/openstack-api-site/src/wadls/compute-api/src/ext/os-createserverext.wadl

 min_count

 max_count

 networks

 key_name

min_count and max_count are Rackspace extensions - will look into the others.

See also bug 1039769. Without the os-multiple-create extension, you cannot use min_count or max_count.
