[French] Delete instance translated incorrectly

Bug Description

In French version "Delete Instance" in Horizon interface is translated as "Supprimer le l'instance" for the singular form, whereas the correct one is "Supprimer l'instance".

There is no automated way to mark this Fix Released. It was 6 month ago and Ocata release was shipped, so i think this can be marked as Fix Released.
