Bug Description

LOCAL_IP=$(ip a s $tunnel_interface | grep 'inet ' | awk '{print $2}' | awk -F "/" '{print $1}')
When the Nic where the LOCAL_IP resides binds a floating vip, the command will read two network addresses, which will cause the neutron-openvswitch-agent-init.sh execution to fail.

It's been a while since this was reported and OSH has gone through a lot of changes since. Marking as incomplete for now until someone wants to pick this back up.
