rally terminates if one of enabled test failed

Bug Description
seems like rally task will terminate as soon as one of enabled task failed. The problem is because `-e` is set, bash script will terminate without even printing out rally report to the pvc attached.
I personally think it would be much better to at least recording some useful logs before crashing the pod.
