Docker hung appears in the libvirt startup mode of the ceph backend storage, when the /tmp/libvirt.sh script ends abnormally。
The startup mode of libvirt is different; it is recommended to start libvirt through exec:
cgexec -g ${CGROUPS%,}:/osh-libvirt systemd-run --scope --slice=system libvirtd --listen &
