Stacked status graph on per test page is broken

The status graph on the bottom of the per test pages is broken and doesn't display things properly. Firstly I think it's missing data, specifically failures. I know we have test failures but I can't remember the last time one was displayed on there. The second issue is that the date parsing is broken and it just displays NaN/NaN NaN:NaN

I checked some per test pages[1][2][3]. But I couldn't find the broken. Can you show the url?

I just confirmed first one issue now :)

I found some "fail" data in json but it seems it doesn't be rendered.
I suspect there's a bug in the JavaScript part.
