History Back doesn't work after click project status links

After click on the project status links in homepage, the history back action cannot back to the homepage.

hmm, in my environment, it works now.
But yeah, I think there are some tricky location changes in o-h and we fixed some before[1].
It might be insufficient for it. So could you find a detailed condition to reproduce this bug?
(Or you already found a cause of it, please write a patch :)

I found it only happened on the http://status.openstack.org//openstack-health/#/, on this server after click on the "project status" links in homepage, the history back action cannot back to the homepage.
My dev environment also cannot reproduce it.
