DevStack g-api didn't start in stable/stein ubuntu 18.04

Hi All,

I'm installing DevStack in Ubuntu 18.04. I'm using stable/stein branch for the installation. When I'm running the ./stack.sh I'm getting following error. Tried with ./unstack.sh and ./clean.sh. But it didn't work.

Could you please anyone help me to resolve this issue. Tags and other stable branches are not working in Ubuntu 18.04.
