yum client: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try

This is a trap all issue for problem downloading yum packages in the gate. Our logstash query is:

If jobs are seeing this, make sure said job is properly configured to use our AFS mirror provide by #openstack-infra. We also have the ability to mirror repos as needed.

The issue with CentOS in case of mirror usage, it does not retries if it just have one mirror configured.
WORKAROUND: multiple mirror alias

Looks like it happened with centos (yum) recently.

Please create a BZ and ask for default 5 retry even with lower number of mirrors.
