Fix upgrade forward case for correct branch ID

Bug Description

For the forward upgrades case it looks like when Ocata was added as a possible version for "$GRENADE_BASE_BRANCH" it was copied/pasted and edited correctly, but the old entry for Newton still sets GRENADE_NEW_BRANCH to master ("$GIT_BRANCH"). Should be changed to "stable/ocata" if "$GRENADE_BASE_BRANCH" == "stable/newton".

i cant get it upgrade i have red circle with minus in it something about cant be read meliform ????
