search in latest (master) docs fails (never ends)

Observed behavior:
Search is forever ongoing. .. ...

Verified cause:
Lack of element with role="main" in htmls (line 65 in searchtools.js reveals that)

https://review.opendev.org/#/c/663287/ were merged - once there is new openstackdocstheme release and the new release applies to openstack-manuals repo, the bug fix will be finally landed.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/openstackdocstheme 1.31.0 release.
